Bring Power Skills to your learners
Power Skills delivers Workforce Readiness Foundations—an interactive path through modules, practice checks, and a capstone. Organizations grant access with invoiced codes so learners can start without individual PayPal checkout.
Individual learners can also enroll for $39.99 (One-time · 60 days).
What organizations use it for
A shared Foundations experience for programs that need practical workplace readiness—not a catalog of disconnected courses.
Schools and educational programs
Add a structured workforce-readiness path that students can complete on mobile alongside existing coursework.
Workforce-development programs
Give participants a guided Foundations experience—from pre-assessment through capstone—with a completion certificate.
Employers and partner organizations
Support workforce readiness for interns, early-career hires, or program participants through organization access codes.
How organization access works
Access is arranged offline through invoicing, then delivered as redeemable codes—learners complete the same Foundations path as individual enrollments.
- Step 1
Request a pilot
Share your program details through the in-app form so the Power Skills team can follow up about invoicing.
- Step 2
Receive access codes
After invoicing, organization access codes are issued for your learners—with configurable seat limits and access duration.
- Step 3
Learners redeem and learn
Each learner creates an account, redeems a code on Pricing, and completes Workforce Readiness Foundations.
- Step 4
Monitor progress (optional)
Invited instructors can review student progress and program metrics in the staff tools.
Included in Foundations
- 10 workforce-readiness modules
- Quizzes, assessments, and vocabulary practice
- Capstone mastery assessment
- Workforce Readiness Foundations Certificate
Already have a code? Redeem it on Pricing.

Communication
Communicate clearly, professionally, and with confidence.
Professionalism
Build the reliability, tone, and judgment workplaces expect.
Teamwork
Contribute to shared goals and collaborate under pressure.

For program administrators
Organization access is managed by Power Skills administrators. Partner programs can also receive invited instructor accounts to follow learner progress—not a self-serve multi-tenant LMS.
Organization access codes
Platform administrators generate codes after an invoice is paid—single-use, limited seats, or broader redemption—with optional expiration and access windows such as 30, 60, 90, or 365 days, or no fixed end date.
Learner progress views
Invited instructors can review student progress, including assessment and capstone status, from the instructor workspace.
Program metrics
Staff can view program-level metrics such as activation, completion, and pre/post workforce-assessment growth where available.
